Looks at the factors, due to the activities of man, which have depleted the population of several species of native fish in the Murray-Darling river system. Examines some of the work of the Ministry of Conservation’s Fisheries and Wildlife Division aimed at saving these species from extinction. Also attempts to promote native fish species as game fish.
