Episode of Series “Man Alive”.
Three unmarried couples talk about non-marriage and the difficulties it presents for those who try it. Following an advertisement in “The Times”, couples were chosen to represent different groups: with a partner unable to get a divorce; young people looking for a trial marriage; and “commonlaw” partnerships. Reported by Jeremy James.
