A film on preparing a case for finance. Frank Ryan is in need of money to expand his business. Frank is a builder, and his old schoolfriend Bill Scully is the local bank manager. Frank and Bill arrange a meeting to sign up Frank for a loan. But Frank discovers things are not all that simple. On the day they were to meet, Bill Scully suffers a heart attack and the finances of Frank’s biggest client are frozen. Now Frank must persuade the bank’s temporary manager to finance him.
