Describes what happens to our mind and bodies as we grow older. Recent research into the physiology. Biochemistry, and psychology of old age is discussed. The processes of aging are many and complex and work at different rates. Although science is far from able to increase the maximum life span of human being. More and more people can live longer in better physical and meal health.
