This film shows how to attain the basic physical fitness which all sportsmen need for success - whatever their sport. More than fifty exercises are demonstrated and a squad of athletes is taken through a training session devised by a former Polish Olympic athlete to develop mobility, elastic strength and endurance. Written and narrated by Ron Pickering.
