Factors include high blood alcohol content; discourtesy; inexperience in younger drivers; disobedience of the law; carelessness; and speed. Illustrates these factors, explains self-inflicted deaths, and pin-points danger spots. Includes problems of convicting drunk drivers; improving care and road safety and suggests partial solutions.
