Melvin Spitznagel is a mechanical genius. When Professor Mickimecki, the inventor moves to town, Melvin “borrows” the professor’s anti-gravity pellet and converts his bicycle to a flying marvel, just in time to perform a heroic rescue. Animation by John Lange, Barry Whitebrook, Al Wilzbach and Fred Crippen. With music by Larry Wolff, this film is based on the book by Jan Wahl.
