A documentary which examines sexual harassment of women in the workplace through interviews with women who have experienced sexual harassment and men who discuss their attitudes to the issue. Emphasis is placed on the economic, legal, and emotional ramifications. Explains the underlying causes of such behaviour and shows what all involved parties can do to prevent it.
