Analyses the claims and promises of TV commercials for non-prescription drugs. It points out that the small print on product labels contains information about ingredients and dosages as well as warnings about adverse reactions that could occur. Stresses the danger of mixing drugs and drinking alcohol while taking drugs. Encourages people to talk to their pharmacist.
