A fictional account of the events that led up to the decision, made by Sir John Kerr, to sack Gough Whitlam as Prime Minister and appoint Malcolm Fraser in his place. The events covered occurred over the period between 1972 and 1975 and have been arranged, in the film, into six parts. Cast: Peter Carroll, Bill Hunter, John Hargreaves, John Meillon, Max Phipps, John Stanton, Arthur Dignam, Ruth Cracknell, Nancy Hayes.
