This is a management training film that looks at the role of a conference leader who is responsible for the ultimate achievement of the purpose of the meeting. The realistic setting for the film is a staff meeting led by a department manager and attend by other staff members. This fictional meeting demonstrates critical points typical of any meeting and it gives solutions.
