This film provides footage of the earliest Australian stage acts to appear on sound films. These long forgotten ‘shorts’ open a window on the Australian Variety and Show world of the 1930’s. Footage includes famous local comics, singers and dancers: Stan Ray, George Moon, Minnie Love and Keith Desmond.
