A trilogy about three teenagers seeking their independence in the outside world after finishing school. The three stories show the problems faced by a generation leaving school in the mid 1980s - boredom with school (“Exit Eddie Leech”), sexual pressures in the workplace (“Ring of Confidence”), and keeping a job (“Beginner’s luck”).
