Episode of Series “Dorothy Butler’s Video Books”.
A video designed to encourage children to read and enjoy books. Ten different stories, many from well known books, are told by professional storytellers and have been selected for children aged five to eight years old. The stories are: Mr. Tick the teacher, Look what I’ve got, Gumdrop: the adventures of a vintage car, Tinker, tailor, soldier, sailor, Sick cow, The House that grew, Alistair’s elephant, Kimi and the watermelon, How St. Francis tamed the wolf, The Bossing of Josie. Introduced by Dorothy Butler.
