Episode of Series “Swimming with Mark Tonelli”.
Approved by the Department of Education, this video is designed for swimming instruction. Mark Tonelli and Duncan Goodhew, both Olympic gold medallists, give instruction on freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, butterfly and the mechanics of swimming. Each stroke is treated as a separate entity. Teacher’s notes are also available.
