Six themes: OWNING THE LAND, CHANGING THE LAND, FARMING THE LAND, MINING THE LAND, SETTLING THE LAND and APPRECIATING THE LAND. ‘USING THE LAND’ helps to provide answers to four major questions: What is the importance of the land to Australians? How have Australians used the land over time? What are the effects of its usage? What needs to be done to protect and conserve the environment as a sustainable resource for the future? Presented by Annette Shun Wah.
