A gentle comedy exploring, on a humorous and compassionate level, the shifting relationships within an Australian family over two decades, 1960-1980. The complexities of a family relationship where love as a binding force is tested by disappointment, are evocatively portrayed with a deft mixture of humour and poignancy.
