Episode of Series “Life Support”.
Using an example of a simulated wound the signs and symptoms of bleeding are explained. Also explained is the natural body control of bleeding including vaso-constriction, fall in blood pressure and the formation of blood clots. Demonstrates bandaging with object in and out of wound.
