The Battle of Billy's pond (Captioned)

When enthusiastic young fisherman, Billy, and his friend, Cobby, find their favourite pond polluted with dead fish floating on the surface, they decide to investigate. The boys discover that the pond has been poisoned by industrial waste. Based on the book by Howard Thompson.
