Kev, and his dog, have a special job - to tend the Tarflowers. But his task is made difficult by Mrs. Pearl and her henchmen who catch stray people. However, Kev’s friend Mary, his mother and the garbage collectors know that the Tarflowers are really magic and that Kev isn’t as dumb as Mrs. Pearl thinks. Part of the “Winners” series.
