A must for every school and netball club. “A Goal to Win” is unique in its concept as a training video. Some of the exciting aspects covered are: Concentration, Individual Fitness, Team Cohesion, Self-Discipline, Team Tactics, Individual Skills, Motivation and Training Routines. The video traces players from beginners to elite players.
