Fighting Arthritis: The Importance of Self Management

Fighting Arthritis speaks to both the health professional and the lay person. Through the words of people with arthritis, spouses, doctors and health promotion personnel, a dynamic picture emerges of how we can all benefit from the self management approach to arthritis.
