Girl with Green Eyes is a gentle and fragile story between a working class Irish girl and an older worldly writer. Their affair brings much discontent from Kate’s family, the church, and society in general because Eugene is a married man. The affair is further complicated by the interference of Eugene’s wife. Jealousy and insecurity set in for Kate which leads to an inevitable conclusion. Rated: PG
