The Majority Retreat (Captioned)

Facing Racism at Work. Nine trigger episodes of 2 minutes each look at issues associated with selection, acceptance and promotion. It covers discrimination in job selection, acceptance and promotion, based on the premise that racism is prejudice plus power. Designed for employees and managers.
