Working with this video, you can begin to plan your own exercise program, building exercise and activity into your daily life. Learn how to relax too, so you can release built-up tension and calm your mind. Valerie Sayce is a physiotherapist who specialises in exercise programs for people with arthritis. She works at the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria as a Physical Activities educator.
