Vince Colosimo is a young guy living in a world of drugs, illegal gambling and cruising cop cars. The only thing that keeps him above the mire of petty criminals is his music. The guy’s a drummer in a school band. He’s got the chance to improve his status in the local “Mafia” and they’re pushing for a decision, “Vinnie, you either go it alone, or you join us and get on in the world.”
