Dot sets out on a mighty adventure which takes her to the razzle dazzle of sparkling Hollywood. Once there she becomes a film star to raise money for her little friend Gumley the koala who needs an operation on her eyes. With the help of Hollywood stars, Dot wins a talent quest and is discovered by a famous director, she becomes what all Hollywood dreams are made of - a star.
