Our heroine Dot and her friend Neptune the dolphin find a whale stranded on an Australian beach and discover that to save her they must first find the old and wise ruler of the sea, Moby Dick. Using animation on beautifully filmed underwater live action scenes, this entertaining family film traces the exciting adventures of Dot and Neptune as they search for Moby Dick.
