Part 1(a) “The Challenge”. Two participants are followed through the 26 day Outward Bound Standard Course. They experience caving, expeditioning, rock climbing, rafting, canoeing, group tasks, navigation, abseiling, exploration and self discovery. Both the challenge and the personal development changes they encounter during this adventure into self-understanding are skilfully captured on film. Part 1(b) “Other Courses”. An exciting overview of all Outward Bound programs. Part 2: Interview with the Executive Director.
