Babar Returns - Babar leaves the old lady and the city to return to the jungle so that he can bring the other elephants his newfound knowledge. But he finds that they resist trying any of his new ideas. “City of the Elephants” - As the elephants new king, Babar’s first decree is to build a city. However, he must contend with Lord Rataxes, who is also trying to build a city, as well as his own obsession to see his city completed on time. Rated: G
