Based on the Noddy stories by Enid Blyton. On a very windy day in Toy Town, a fair comes to town. Mr Plod tries to take away Noddy’s car, but when Bumby retrieves Mr Plod’s hat at the fair he lets Noddy go. Narrated by Richard Briers.
