Bryan Brown is Cliff Hardy, private investigator, in “The Empty Beach”, a powerful Australian crime thriller based on the novel by Peter Corris. It begins as a routine investigation into a supposed drowning. But Hardy soon found himself running for his life in the seedy, violent underworld of Sydney’s playground, Bondi. An involving journey into the corrupt underworld of Sydney, “The Empty Beach” also stars Anna Maria Monticelli, Ray Barrett, Nick Tate and Belinda Giblin.
