A retired marshal is forced to take up his badge and guns again when a killer he has sent to jail returns to town, looking for revenge. The townspeople refuse to help and his new bride wants him to run away from the fight. The marshal meets the killer and his three accomplices at high noon in one of the most suspenseful and thrilling gunfights ever filmed. Starring Gary Cooper and Grace Kelly. Based on the story, “The Tin star”, by John W. Cunningham.
