A glorious celebration of one of the world’s most loved song-writers. The many facets of Porter’s persona and music are presented in the film by friends and colleagues who include Gene Kelly, Bob Hope, Cyd Charisse and Dionne Warwick. Songs featured include “I get a kick out of you”, “I love Paris”, “Night and day” and “Let’s do it, let’s fall in love”. The film also includes excerpts from some of Hollywood’s most popular musicals.
