In Sydney Floyd cooks a fish chowder for Sydney seafood supremo, Peter Doyle and finishes with pies and peas at the famous Harry’s Cafe de Wheels. In Tasmania Floyd creates seasonal autumn dishes. In Victoria Floyd becomes the cook for legendary horseman Jack Lovick. And in South Australia Floyd tastes some “Aussie” food: yabbies, razorfish and kangaroo-tail soup.
