After years of research and exploration, Dr. Robert Ballard of Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and a team of researchers located the final resting place of the ill-fated S.S. Titanic, nearly two and one half miles beneath the surface of the icy Atlantic. This is the first photographic expedition to the Titanic after its sinking.
