Floyd travels through locations in Australia, meeting people, seeing different sights and cooking dishes in exotic surroundings. In Central Australia he dines on a silver service table on the Adelaide River. In West Australia he creates a piquant sauce for the wife of Australian millionaire, Alan Bond. In the outback Floyd cooks for the Bishop of The Kimberleys. He eats aboriginal food on a bush tucker tour.
