A Disney animated film about road safety and the change that takes place in an average individual when they sit behind the wheel of a car. The pleasant, courteous Mr Walker becomes the fiendish Mr Wheeler, forgetting how it feels to be a pedestrian and stubbornly blind to his failings as a driver.
