Episode number 6 of Series “A World of Festivals”.
In the alpine area of Yugoslavia near Lake Bled the dairy farming peasants take their cattle to summer pastures high in the mountains where they live a frugal life. On their return in the autumn everyone turns out to greet them for festivities in which the cows are the guests of honour.
