This documentary explains the functions of Parliament by following the parliamentary day of two senators (Bob Collins and Kay Patterson) and two members of the House of Representatives (Kathy Sullivan and Stephen Martin). Parliamentarians are shown at work in their offices, at meetings of Parliamentary committees and at party political meetings as well as participating in debate in their respective houses.
