A captivating and unusual film about a bear cub who is orphaned and forced to fend for itself until it finds a new protector in a giant Kodiak - the tempting target for a pair of hunters. Filmed with utmost respect for animals and a real sense of nature’s magnificence in the breathtaking mountain lands of British Columbia. Based on the novel “The grizzly king” by James Oliver Curwood.
