Three folktales narrated by John Hurt featuring live action and characters created by Jim Henson. 1. “The luck child” A Russian story of a seventh son and the power of prophecies. 2. “The three ravens” A German tale of enchantment by a wicked witch turning children into ravens and the spell broken by the king’s daughter being able to keep silent. 3. “Heartless giant” A German tale of a giant with no heart terrorising a country and the king’s son who befriends him and searches for his heart.
