Porky, one of the Neatos has won a prize but cannot find the claim ticket. The Neatos clean up the littered community environment in an attempt to find the ticket. Presents the concept of keeping the environment clean and free of rubbish that ultimately becomes pollution. Points out the value of taking care of the home environment before going out into the community.
