Alice, a young Aboriginal woman, leaves her home in a country town to work in the city. She finds employment but things start to go wrong and eventually she is dismissed. Alice decides to take her case to the Office of the Commissioner for Equal Opportunity. The program highlights examples of harassment, prejudice, stereotyping and discrimination.
