Adapted from Roald Dahl’s best-selling children’s book, this animated feature tells the story of Sophie, a little orphan girl and her friend, the Big Friendly Giant (the BFG). Sophie and the BFG set out to rid the world of the gruesome “crunching giants” who gobble up children for breakfast. Sophie decides the only person powerful enough to help them is the Queen of England - but will she help?
