Kenneth Lo, world famous Chinese chef and leading authority on Chinese food, is joined by actor Vincent Price on this Chinese cookery course. Chinese cuisine is one of the oldest in the world, with many contrasts in flavour, colour and texture. Kenneth Lo unlocks the secrets and mysteries of this cuisine and provides straightforward instructions for basic methods of preparing a Chinese family meal or elaborate banquet. Chefs from Lo’s cooking school appear on this video, preparing a range of delicious recipes.
