The All singing all dancing show features a time when Britain produced screen musicals that were innovative, exciting and visually stunning. This episode uncovers jewels with scenes from films like “The Red shoes” and “London town”, and a host of stars including Jessie Matthews, Kay Kendall and Moira Shearer. “Power and Prejudice” focuses on films that reflect social attitudes, struggles and problems of ordinary people. Narrated by Sir John Mills.
