In this program devoted to care of the spring garden, well-known New Zealand gardening expert, Eion Scarrow and his wife, Ann, demonstrate the propagation, planting and care of spring vegetables; the planting and care of citrus trees; the pruning of citrus, apples, cherries and camellias; the propagation and potting of indoor plants; basic hydroponics; the preparation and care of a herb garden; broad leaf weed control in lawns; care of garden tools; and summer perennials. Filmed on location at the Scarrow’s garden, Willow Glen, in the Waikato.
