This video looks at ways people should reduce added fats, both in cooking and food preparation. It promotes a healthy lifestyle using the “diet pyramid” as a guide. It also explores ways to reduce fats found naturally in foods and encourages alternative food selections. Presented by Gabriel Gate for the International Diabetes Institute in co-operation with Life Be In It.
