Two more twisted fables hosted by the master of the macabre. “Night of the execution”: A District Attorney, keen for political success and whose wife is more ambtious than he is, is desperate for a conviction in a murder trial he is prosecuting. So desperate, he is willing to do anything to send the defendant to the chair… anything. “Forty detectives later”: A man who claims he has found his wife’s murderer, hires his forty-first detective to wreak vengeance…
